General Information

Customer Service.  Midwest Sports is open Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM Eastern Standard time.  We observe all major holidays and are closed on the weekends.  While our production staff works overtime hours and weekends during peak season Customer Service is not open during these times.

Midwest Sports is prepared to provide you with a variety of products, services and even technical  support.  We are always ready to assist you with new product ideas, marketing  strategies, internet support and billing and shipping solutions.  We anticipate that your demands are unique and will require solutions that are equally creative.  

Payment Methods.  We will accept company or personal checks with all orders and for your convenience we will accept VISA and MasterCard.  All orders will be automatically shipped COD for first time customers.  A  service charge of $45 will be added to any checks that are returned for insufficient funds and future orders may be subject to pre-paid payment methods.

Ohio Sales Tax.  All accounts in Ohio are required by law to complete a tax exempt form and  return it to us if you qualify for tax exempt status.  Out of state orders are subject to your state laws and questions regarding your tax exemption status should be directed to your accounting professional.

Minimum Orders.  Midwest Sports does not have a minimum order dollar amount to process any job or reorder.  Orders that are under $500 will be subject to actual UPS Ground shipping charges and billed         accordingly.

Product Pricing.  Midwest Sports offer a variety of products and services to our professional photographic customers.  All products are priced accordingly and with respect to the services requested.  Depending on your needs and customer requirements, we can adjust certain pricing in order to minimize your lab costs.  In order to help you choose which products and services would be best, please contact your Midwest Sports Customer Service Representative for more help and information.

Late Orders.  We realize that occasionally you may have to change an order that is already in production.  Any order that is not already printed and assembled can be changed without additional costs to you.  Orders received after printing and assembly will be treated as a re-order and will be processed separately from the original job.

Copyright Protection.  Midwest Sports adheres to all copyright protection laws and will not reproduce any    copyrighted material without written permission from the copyright owner.

Worksheets and Forms.  We have a few essential worksheets you will need to complete before sending any order to Midwest Sports.  These forms are available at no additional cost and will help you communicate your  products requests.

RUSH Services.  Midwest Sports offers RUSH Services for any order when an earlier than normal deadline must be met.  While we try to accommodate your request with respect to other production projects in progress, RUSH Services will be subject to additional costs up to twice the catalog price.  Due to variations in workloads and seasonal schedules, RUSH Services may not always be available.  All RUSH Services Must Have Prior Approval.

Shipping & Handling.  Midwest Sports uses UPS (United Parcel Service) as our primary shipping method.  Provided we have received payment in full, we will ship any order UPS Ground Service at no additional charge.  Upon your request, we will ship any order COD, UPS Red Next Day Air, UPS Blue Second Day Air and UPS Ground 3-Day Select.  You will be billed actual UPS rates for any shipping method above UPS Ground Service.  Inbound shipments can be received by any method however, our recommendation is the United Postal Service should be avoided due to the  inconsistent delivery of packaged materials. 

UPS Inbound Shipping.  Midwest Sports can provide pre-paid inbound UPS Next Day Air shipping labels for your convenience.  These are intended to be used for inbound orders only and may be used at anytime to ship packages to our lab. Pre-paid inbound shipping manifest are not to be used for re-orders, reprints or orders under $500.  Additional information about inbound shipping is available through your Customer Service Representative.

Damaged Products.  In the unlikely event you should receive a package that is damaged, it is necessary to keep the entire order as you received it.  It is your responsibility to contact our office immediately so we can provide you with proper return instructions.  If necessary, Midwest Sports will reprint the entire order at no additional cost and pursue damaged replacement value from the shipping company.  Midwest Sports assumes no responsibility for incoming packages regardless of shipping method.

Liability.  Our goal is to safeguard all property and materials while in the possession of Midwest Sports.  Submitting  prints or digital files for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with like amount of unexposed film, print or processing.  Except for such replacement, the acceptance of such film, print or digital file is without other warranty or liability and recovery for any incidental or consequential damaged excluded. 

Sales Samples.  Midwest Sports has samples and marketing material available to you at no additional charge.  You may use any of our stock samples for sales presentations and giveaway items however, due to      copyright laws they may not be reproduced for any other method including web publication.  You may however submit your own images for samples reproduction.  If you are requesting a large number of photographic samples, a nominal printing fee may be charged.  We can also provide you a CD compilation of photographic products in JPEG format, pre print process so they can be used for web site and other publications.  We also have 20x30 Presentation Posters also available like the one below for your league bids and photo shoots.
