When you need to order additional prints or corrections, it is important to use the Thumbnail Settlement Statement to assist you in locating the image number and archived job name.  Your request can then be emailed or FAX to us using our Reorder and Reprint Worksheet or detailing the information in your email to customer service.  Additional prints are billed at the regular catalog price including shipping and corrections due to our error are done free of charge.
Text Box: Every job that is processed and printed by Midwest Sports includes an account settlement statement or “Thumbnails” which provides you with the exact details of every image, packages ordered, content and image name for the entire contents of one job.  This includes an itemized summary of every item ordered for your review.
Thumbnails are extremely important in retrieving archived images for reprint and re-orders, verifying customer orders and for quick review of products and packages sold.

Text Box: Package Contents and Configuration.  List all the items that were ordered for this image including definition of package “letter” contents.

Text Box: Image Information.  Includes player name, studio name, league or school name, team code and sub-title information.  Only information entered in original job will be displayed here.

Text Box: Image Number.  The specific JPEG number.

Text Box: Job or Project Name.   Each job is named by a league or school name.  For example:       File://C:\OzE\Projects\Your job name here\Report.xml 
 All jobs are archived under the name that  appears here.

Text Box: It is not necessary to submit new image files for re-orders and reprints since these images will already be archived in our system.  Color, cropping and image print details are preserved in our archive so the new prints will match the original order.  Midwest Sports will archive your images for 120 days at which they will be automatically removed from our system.
