Team Code Worksheet.  Our worksheet gives you the ability to "tag" each individual image with the proper team image without any additional paperwork or instructions. Each Team Code defines all the individuals associated with a particular team.  The team name, head coach and appropriate image number of just the team is recorded on this worksheet.

Just record the Team Code on each individual order form you collect from the parents.  The team code should start at 101 as this three digit number is used by our image software.
