Envelopes & Flyers

Midwest Sports has a standard stock flyer with multiple products and designs displayed in full color. The Order Envelope (or Customer Flyer) is 8.5x14 in size with a perforated 5.5x5 detachable money envelope. The reverse side is blank and your package configurations and pricing is printed here.

How to request Order Envelopes You can purchase Order Envelopes in any quantity of 100 and they can be sent directly to your studio. If you request the Order Envelope without printing they are usually sent out the same day. If you choose to design and print your own package configuration and pricing they can be loaded in any inkjet printer and most copier trays.

Custom Design, Layout and Printing Services Midwest Sports will work directly with you to design and print a custom flyer with your package configurations, pricing details and printing free of charge. You pay only for the number of Order Envelopes you want. Most Order Envelopes are printed on our high speed risograph and in black and white only. We do have the ability to print in full color or with logos and artwork at an additional cost.

How Do I Order Custom Designed Order Envelopes? Midwest Sports will guide you thru the design process regardless on whether you provide the design for printing or we design and layout the Order Envelope for you. Remember you have a blank slate to work with as Midwest Sports does not have any pre-designed packages that have to be purchased or used.

You will be asked to then email your package configurations and pricing information including studio name, address, contact numbers, website, email, etc. Be sure to include checks payable to, credit cards accepted, shipping instructions and basically all of the information your customer needs to complete a purchase from this form.
Product packages and single photo items are identified by letter in our system. Most customers use A-Z with the exception of Q which can be confused with O in the ordering process. You may even include items that Midwest Sports does not offer that are unique to your studio.
We will generate a PDF Proof of your order form in a configuration that best matches the packages and single photo items. This proof will be sent to you and your input and adjustments are welcome. We will continue to send you a PDF proof until the final version is approved.

Once we have an approval from you, the proof is archived for future use and modifications and ready to print. Most orders we can print and ship same day. Expect this process to take anywhere for 24 hours to multiple days depending upon the request for repeated revisions of the proof.

Requesting Future Order Envelopes Once we have a Master Order Envelope on file for you we can print at your request. It can also be altered to reflect pricing changes for specific leagues or schools, contain Photo Day-Time-Location information specific to your job.
