Assembly Services

Midwest Sports understands that every customer is unique and have their own preferences that includes assembly of the products. We have two distinct assembly options that have a ton of flexibility built in.

Full Assembly Service. This is our maximum service assembly option that we offer. Once you have submitted your order including a Master Job Ticket, DVD, Order Envelopes, Team Code Worksheet and a copy of your order flyer your work is done and ours is just starting. Most orders are processed the following manner:

   Images are inspected and imported to software.
   Every image is cropped for consistency.
   Individual Images are team coded with Group Images.
   Every image is color corrected and tested not once but at least three times.
   Data Entry of the all the variable text.
   Templates are applied and rendered.
   All images are printed, cut and sorted and checked for accuracy.
   Each individual order is then packaged in a clear poly bag with the original order form or according to your assembly instructions.
   All orders are boxed by group or team, identified and labeled.
   Digital Team Photo "Thank You To Our Coach" is included at no charge upon request.

Full Assembly Services are included in our standard pricing of products and is free of charge. We have "Upgrade Assembly Options" available for an additional charge.

Flat Stack Assembly Service. The Flat Stack Assembly Service is identical to the Full Assembly Service with the exception that we do not individually package each order and box by group or team. We do pre-assembly all of the print sizes, stack them according to the order they were photographed and carefully package all of the post photographic products. A Thumbnail Settlement Statement is included with every order to facilitate your assembly process. Depending on photographic products that are ordered we discount this service from standard catalog pricing.

Upgrade Assembly Options. We recognize that some of our customers require additional assembly components with their orders.

   9x12 Packaging Envelope with Mylar View Window.
   1x4 Identification Packaging Label that include an image thumbnail, image number and package ordered.
   Package Index Print will provide your customer a precise record of their purchase. This is a great option for customers that do not return the original order form to the client.

Some other services are free of charge and include reorder forms stuffed in individual packages and printing in alphabetical sequence. If you have any questions about assembly service please call our Customer Service Representative.
