The question we get asked the most is "How Do I Get Started and Submit My Orders"

If you are tired of spending countless hours at the computer preparing every order, using unreliable FTP that error out or tie up your computer for hours, then the Midwest Sports Easy Order System is designed for you.

When you are finished with your photo shoot you are virtually minutes away from packaging your order and sending it to Midwest Sports.  Here is how it works in five easy steps!

Step ONE.   Remove the money from your order envelopes you received from your customers.  Stack them in sequential order from the first image on top to the last image on bottom.  Rubber band these together.  If you are using our order flyer design, it will be the detachable envelope with the ordering information such as player name, address, package letter ordered, jpeg number and team code.

Step TWO.   Download your memory card to your computer and prepare "burn" a CD or DVD of all your images.  You do not need to edit, resize, rename, color correct, crop or adjust your images in any way as your Midwest Sports Lab Technician will do all this for you.  Verify that this CD or DVD opens on another computer without errors as occasionally CD or DVD become corrupt do to scratches or incomplete burning processes.

Step THREE.  Submit a copy of your order flyer you gave to your customer.  This will be a blank copy which will provide Midwest Sports with your package configurations and items sold for this particular job.

Step FOUR.   Submit your Team Code Worksheet that has recorded all the team photo image (jpeg) numbers from your order.  This is normally done while you are photographing individuals during the photo shoot.

Step FIVE.   Complete the Master Job Ticket.  You will only need one per job.  This will give us the details of all the products you are requesting including league name and sub-title information.  Midwest Sports has so many different variations of buttons, magnets, memory mates, etc. we need to know specifically which products you are requesting with your order.  The Master Job Ticket only takes a few minutes at most and we can help you with the process.

That is all there is to it!  It really is no more complicated than this.  Midwest Sports even can send you UPS shipping supplies and a pre paid shipping label for your convenience.  As always Midwest Sports will assist you in every step along the way.
